Bulk Closing

There may be certain specific days, or times of specific days (such as holidays), where an operator wishes to close business or limit fulfillment types for more than one restaurant at a time. In cases such as this, admin users can create a Bulk Closing to save time instead of going through each individual restaurant to set their closure. 

1. In the Onosys Admin, Navigate to Settings on the left side of the screen, then open Hours of Operation and select Bulk Closings
   1. If you have version 8+ of the Admin, you'll have a link on the homepage to Bulk Closings

2. Fill out the Bulk Closings form to set up what the closure is for your restaurants
   1. Begin Closing Date: Select Date & Time
   2. Resume Normal Hours: Select Date & Time
   3. Fulfillment Type: Select all or specific fulfillment types that will be closed
   4. Orders: Toggled on (Shows Blue) will cancel all orders during the Closure Begin & Resume time. If the restaurants will still be available to make any future order, toggle this setting off (Show Grey)

   5. Add Closures to Restaurants: Select All or Specific restaurants that will need this closure applied
      1. Note: Dropdown will only show restaurants the user has permissions to view
3. Once closure meets the restaurant needs, select "Create" This will then be set to all restaurants that the user selected from the dropdown. 
   1. You'll receive a confirmation popup that advises how many restaurants you will be closing. Click Confirm if the number is correct

4. Users will then see the closure in the Restaurant settings itself by navigating to Restaurant > Hours of Operation > Closures

The following updates will be available in V9 of the Onosys Admin

1. Admin users will be able to:
   1. view all Bulk Closings that have been submitted
   2. edit or delete previously submitted bulk closings
   3. see what restaurants the bulk closing has been applied to
   4. submit a closing (by restaurant or bulk) for marketplaces only
