When an operator wishes to close business or limit fulfillment types for more than one restaurant at a time the admin users can create a Bulk Closing to save time instead of going through each individual restaurant to set a closure.
- In the Onosys Admin, Navigate to Settings on the left side of the screen, then open Hours of Operation and select Bulk Closings, or select Bulk Closings from the Settings Widget on the Dashboard.
2. Complete Bulk Closing form:
- Begin Closing: Select Date & Time
- Resume Normal Hours: Select Date & Time
- Fulfillment Type: Select all or specific fulfillment types that will be closed for ToGo or Catering.
- Order Channel: Select All or specific ordering channels: Online Ordering, Call Center, or Marketplaces.
Orders: Toggled on (Shows Blue) will cancel all future orders submitted for the closure time. If the restaurants is available to complete these future orders, toggle this setting off (Show Grey)
- Will cancel all future orders:
Will not cancel all future orders:
- Will cancel all future orders:
- Add Closing to Restaurants: Select All or Specific restaurants that need this closure applied.
- Note: Dropdown will only show restaurants the user has permissions to view
- Once closing is configured, select "Create". You'll receive a confirmation popup that advises how many restaurants you will be closing. Click Confirm if the number is correct.
3. Users can View a list of closings submitted on the Bulk Closing page and Filter by closing start date, resume date, fulfillment type, and number of affected locations.
On the Restaurant page the closures are listed under Hours of Operation > Closures.
4. To Edit or Delete a bulk closing select the icon in the Action column to Edit(Pen) or Delete(Trash Can). When Editing, all fields can be modified. Once editing is complete choose Update and Confirm changes. Note: If editing the list of restaurants the new number of restaurants effected will be listed to confirm.
