The Orders page contains the database of all of the orders placed on the site. These orders can be viewed in detail as well as have certain order actions taken like adding a tip or refunding the order.
Order Filtering
These orders database is able to be narrowed down to find the exact order you are looking for via the filters feature.
Order Actions
Users are able to take select actions on orders. Click the links to see a how to guide.
Adjust Payment
Make changes to the order payment or add a tip. Adding a tip is a standard request and available amongst most payment merchants and POS systems. On the other hand, adjusting order payments, are not allowed by all credit card merchants so it may be best to consult an Onosys Customer Success Manager for assistance.
Refund
This cancels the order and refunds the customer their payment if they paid online. There is a dropdown to select the reason why the order is being refunded.
