Cancelling and/or Refunding Orders
Overview
It may be necessary to refund or cancel an order after it has been placed. In the Onosys admin, refunds are located under 'Orders' on the 'Refund' feature. To refund or cancel an order, navigate to the orders section in the left hand navigation and filter for the order in question. Once the order is found, click on the order to open the details. The action buttons are on the top right and to add a tip click 'Refund.' Follow the prompt to add a reason and click refund to refund the order.
Steps
- Login to the admin
- Navigate to "Orders" in the left hand margin and open the section
- Filter for the order to cancel
- Once the order is found, there are two paths to get to the 'Refund' feature:
a. Click the 3 dots at the end of the row for the Quick Actions:
b. Click the row to open the order details. - Click 'Refund' to open the dialogue and add the reason for refunding the order. In the example below, Incorrect Order has been selected:
- Click Refund and the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer.
