Admin Account Search/Creation
If you need to find a specific Admin Account, start by clicking ACCOUNTS in the left sidebar. On the SEARCH page, you can search by:
- First Name (Account owner’s first name)
- Last Name (Account owner’s last name)
- Username (Username of the account)
- Email (Email associated with the account)
- Admin Access (if the account has admin access)
- After clicking the blue SEARCH button, a list of accounts will appear. From this list, you have the ability to EDIT accounts, REMOVE ALL ACCESS from accounts, and DEACTIVATE accounts.
- If no accounts appear, there will be a button to create a new account. Click this button and input the info above.
Access Level Definitions
- System Access: Allows access to all features.
- Menu: Allows access to menu option in restaurant tree.
- Stats: Allows access to reports.
- Location: Allows edit access to all restaurant.
- Marketing: Provides the ability to search customer and to generate data in Onosys reports functionality.
- OrderSearch: Allows access to search orders/cancel orders as well as add tips.
- Hours: Allows access to edit hours of operation and restaurant closings.
- Fullfillment: Allows access to add and edit fulfillment types.
- Taxes: Allows Access to edit tax exemptions, hours of operation, and restaurant closings.
- Pricing/POS: Edit pricing.
- Leadtimes: Allows access to edit lead times.
- ExpressStore: Allows access to store status and lead times in Express Admin; Can be assigned with or without ExpressOOS.
- ExpressOOS: Allows access to OOS functionality in Express Admin. Can be assigned with our without ExpressStore.
Important Note:
In order to have a valid admin account for the Onosys platform an auth account must be created. Please contact your Client Success Manager with the email address(es) for the newly created admin account(s). A verification email will be sent to the user and they will need to confirm this email before accessing their admin account and setting up a password. This is a secondary step to the above account creation and for security reasons is only able to be added, removed, accessed, etc. by an Onosys representative.
