The Customers page contains the database of customers who have created an account when ordering on the brand's storefront. These accounts are available to help a brand manage customers by adding customer notes, editing information, and viewing order history.
Customer Filters This database can be filtered in a variety of ways to find the desired customer accounts.
Edit Customer Information There may be times where a customer record requires an update, such as a different email address. There may also be a need to add a note to a record to remind them of an upcoming special or event.
View Customer's Order History In the Customers section of the navigation pane, admin users have access to a customer's order history. This is especially helpful when trying to troubleshoot an issue that may have arisen for a particular customer.
