Adding a new call center agent or a call center group to the admin site is completed in a couple short steps. Preceding the below steps, each user for the call center will need to have a user account created under User Management. The call center users will not need a role assigned to them.
Add a new call center group | Add a new call center agent
Add a new call center group:
- Navigate to 'Users' in the left hand menu
- Open "User Management"
- After opening this section, select "Call Center Agents"

- Select the blue "+ Create Call Center Group" button in the top right

- In the dialogue, name the call center group.

- Next, search and select the restaurants that the call center group will have access. These locations are listed by the restaurants' name in the admin, and your search criteria will filter the restaurants in the list.

- Now search the accounts to add to the account. These are listed by the emails associated. Like restaurants, the search criteria will filter the account list allowing the selections to be made:

- Once all of the restaurants and accounts are selected. Click the Create button. The call center group has now been created and is available in the table and the users will now have access to the call center platform for the brand:

Add a new user to a call center group:
- Make sure each user to be added to the call center has an account created under User Management.
- Navigate to 'Users' in the left hand menu
- Open "User Management"
- After opening this section, select "Call Center Agents"

- In the table, select the edit pencil next to the Agent Group that you want to add the user to:

- In the dialogue, search for the accounts to add to the account. These are listed by the email associated. The search criteria will filter the account list allowing the selections to be made. If you do not see any results and feel this may be in error, make sure the "Show All Selected Accounts" toggle is set to false:

- Once the accounts have been selected. Click the Update button. The users have been added and will now have access to the call center platform for the brand.
