Curate your own category with Onosys Favorites
Allow customers to save their favorite items and access them quickly through a personalized Favorites category.
Overview
Logged-in users can save menu items to their account, building a custom Favorites category. This allows them to easily reorder their favorite items without having to search through the menu.
How It Works for Guests
Saving Favorite Items
- When adding items to an order, guests can favorite an item from the checkout page by clicking the heart icon.
- After selecting the heart icon, they will be prompted to add a nickname for the item.
- The saved item will have the customizations (no onions - you got it!) saved as well.
Reordering Favorite Items
- When returning to the site and logging into their account, guests will have a Favorites category in the menu.
- Their previously saved items will be available to quickly add to the cart for a fast and convenient checkout experience.
Guests can create their own category with their favorite items to save time browsing the menu or rebuilding their favorites!
