Order conditions are used to apply custom rules for lead times, payments, discounts and more to specific order types. The specific orders rang, from advanced orders to containing an item, as well as fulfillment type, minimum subtotal, and more. The full list is below with a definition and example.
Advance Order Condition
When the order is placed as an advance order (As opposed to an ASAP order)
Coupon Ex: 15% all advanced orders (Condition: Advanced orders)
Authenticated Order Condition
This is used for a logged in user placing the order.
Day Of Week Order Condition
Valid on specific days of the week.
Coupon Ex: 15% off on Tuesdays (Condition: Day of Week – Tuesday)
Delivery Zone Type Order Condition
Valid for specific delivery zone type - Door Dash delivery zone, or Restaurant Delivery Zone.
Ex: Payment via Credit Card only with Door Dash delivery zone, or Restaurant Delivery Zone
Fulfillment Date Order Condition
Specific dates (Note: For coupons, these can be controlled easier via the codes).
Coupon Ex: 15% off from January 1st - January 5th (Condition: Fulfillment Date – 1/1/2018 – 1/5/2018)
Fulfillment Type Order Condition
This is for orders that are for only Dine In, Take Out, or Delivery.
Coupon Ex: 15% off Delivery Only (Condition: Fulfillment Type - Delivery)
Item Set Minimum Subtotal Order Condition
Ex: Min subtotal of $15 to buy alcohol. Create with min subtotal condition = 15 and item condition = ItemIsNotAlcohol.
Menu Type Order Condition
To apply on orders from the To Go menu or only from the Catering menu. (Note: The site will have to have two separate menus active for this coupon to be applicable)
Coupon Ex: 15% off Catering (Condition: Menu Type – Catering)
Minimum Number Fed Order Condition
If the order is placed for X amount of people (Note: Number fed would have to be applied on items for this condition to be applicable)
Coupon Ex: 15% off orders for 10 or more people (Condition: Minimum Number Fed – 10)
Minimum Subtotal Order Condition
If the total equals or exceeds a certain dollar amount
Coupon Ex: 15% off orders of $25 or more (Condition: Minimum Subtotal - $25)
Order Condition Grouping
You can combine two or more order conditions that you’ve already built
Coupon Ex: 15% off orders on Tuesdays that are $25 or more (Condition: Group – Min Sub $25 on Tuesdays)
Order Contains Item Order Condition
Mainly used with Order Coupons or lead times where a product is required on the order.
(Note: An Item Condition will need to be used/built)
Coupon Ex: 15% off your order when you buy a Large Pizza (Condition: Order Contains – Large Pizza)
Order Method Order Condition
Valid for orders placed via mobile, via desktop, or via app (where applicable)
Coupon Ex: 15% off mobile orders (Condition: Order Method – Mobile)
Restaurant Order Condition
The condition applies to certain locations (Note, this is almost never used, due to activating a coupon at the locations instead)
Coupon Ex: 15% off at store numbers 9998 and 9999 (Condition: Restaurant – 9998, 9999)
Time of Day Order Condition
Applicable for certain time periods during the day
Coupon Ex: 15% off between 11:00am and 2:30pm (Condition: Time of Day – 11:00am – 2:30pm)
